How it works
Simple, and no surprises.
One monthly payment covers everything. You lease your own room, not the whole house, and you can stay a month or a year.
Four steps
Step 1
Send us the form
A few minutes, no fee, and no commitment. Tell us what you do, when you need a room, and what you are looking for.
Step 2
We reply within two days
Usually a short call. We are working out whether the house is right for you as much as the other way round — it should be a yes from both sides.
Step 3
Come and see it
About half an hour. See the room, the kitchen, the yard, and ask us anything. Meeting a housemate or two is normal.
Step 4
Sign, and we hand you the code
A lease for your room and the community agreement, first month's rent and a refundable deposit. Then your entry code and a walk through the house.
